| Tomahawk Monument Co. Tomahawk Monument Company, located at 20 North 2nd St., Tomahawk, WI opened their doors Dec. 1, 1998. Bill Haskin had worked in the granite industry since 1961. His work experience ranged from the finishing sheds where he was a designer for Lake Wausau Granite and Anderson Bros. & Johnson to sales and design in a shop in Wausau to opening his own shop. His wife Pat joined him in running the front office in 1999. Bill is a top notch designer and knows his way around the industry. The shop in Tomahawk has expanded beyond cemetery memorials to now include granite countertops. Both Bill and Pat are very involved in the local community as evidenced by their “touch of granite” found on the sidewalks and downtown fountain to local war memorials. “Tomahawk was a great choice” for the business they built from scratch. “Our doors are always open to anyone.” Any time you are in the area and want to talk granite, just stop in.
